How the training works

We build clear obedience first, then use controlled exposure to the things that set your dog off, at a distance and pace your dog can handle. You learn to read your dog, manage the environment and respond the same way every time. Serious cases often move fastest in our 15 day advanced board and train, followed by private lessons at home.

Can an aggressive dog be trained?

Most dogs improve significantly with structure, clear rules and consistent handling. How far a dog goes depends on the dog, the history and the follow through at home. We give you a straight answer at the free evaluation.

Is board and train or private training better for aggression?

It depends on the case. Board and train gives us daily repetition and controlled exposure. Private lessons work on the problem where it happens. Many owners do both.

Do you work with large and high drive breeds?

Yes. Our lead trainer was raised training Belgian Malinois and German Shepherds and works with all breeds.
